  • If user send any change request, they need to pay in advance. As it is a subscription based tool. So we have nothing to do.

  • Always mention to client: “This price will be valid for this year. Next year price may change”.

  • The lowest Billing cycle is Monthly. If any client misses the payment deadline, the system will automatically deactivate the account. So we recommend, Pay at least two months in advance.

What is Billing Scope?

  • Installation(Training Included):

    • Tool Readiness+Training+Page Previous Data Capture, all are included here. CommEngine Team will personally guide you and train you. We charge one time for installation.

  • Tool Subscription:

    • As it is a SAAS tool, we charge monthly for it. You need to pay advance after completing Free Trail. Otherwise tool will automatically deactivate your account.

  • On Demand Training:

    • After initially training if you need any extra training, you need to pay per day wise cost. It's optional. If training required then pay, otherwise not.

  • Change/Customization:

    • If you need any customization and changes in our existing tool, you can email us a change request. Our Product Development Team will investigate that request then our Tech team will give a development estimation time in Day. You need to pay in advance that estimation amount and You will get your changes by the promised day.

I.E.:

Business_Value of Small Business type = 1

Business_Value of Medium Business type = 1~3

Business_Value of Large Business type = 3+

  • Pricing is very easy for Package 1: Pay As you go. Team just need to change the installation price.

    • Suppose client's business is Small/Medium, then Just MODIFY the installation price according to your study.

    • Tool subscription will remain same. Per Page 1500/= + Per User 1500/=.
