What’s New in Version 8.6

  1. We introduce a new module Lead Management System for companies to manage new or existing customers from our system easily.

  2. Want to add multiple products in an order? we enhance our system to add multiple products in an order.

  3. The downloadable and printable invoices can be generated in a single click for each order.

  4. Different categories of unlimited products can be added to the system with detailed info and price.

  5. We update our application to a multilingual system by adding Bangla as a new language.

  6. Company can run an SMS campaign from our system as we introduce new SMS campaign system.

  7. New mailing system implemented in Lead Management System module.

What’s New in Version 8.4

  1. Now life will more easier as our AI based auto ticket assign system will perform all heavy lifting for you. Feed comments and inbox conversations will assign as new ticket to agents automatically utilizing round robin process.

  2. Agents roster(working hour) can be set and manage from our system, also agents performance analysis report will generate based on there day to day work.

  3. New ticket history grid help agents to manage ticket status and prospective leads more efficiently.

  4. Already delete any comment from FaceBook you can see this indication in ticket history grid on a separate column .

  5. Unfinished message or reply will not delete any more if you try to access other resource unconcernedly . System will provide automatic alert when someone has unfinished text which is not deliver or posted.

  6. Single click manual ticket assigning functionality is implemented to intensify the ticket assign procedure.

  7. System will automatically resize Inbox message image to meet facebook constrain.

  8. Make our real time notification system more robust and faster .

Performance Improvements

  1. Run the user synchronization process as delayed separate process.

  2. Improve performance to synchronize customer from facebook page to in our system.

What’s New in Version 8.3

  1. Start of each week user will get automated weekly email with more interactive UI and analytics.

  2. Now user can edit inbox ticket from assign section with ease.

  3. Activity log report is now available to check company users daily activity at a glance.

  4. More optimize inbox with ‘Go to Inbox’ option in each section.

  5. More improved and organized real time notification system, now only assign person will get notification.

  6. Updated auto user synchronization process.

  7. Now export consumer mapping data into excel is more user friendly. 

  8. New updated ui for User Map. 

Issues fix in this release

  1. When any ticketed comment or reply is deleted, Make the ticket inactive. 

  2. Fix automated subscription issue for team and business edition. 

  3. When long text is put in inbox it becomes unusable.

  4. Fix global search issue in Inbox stream.

  5. Fix User name is not shown perfectly display as 'Facebook User'.

What’s New in Version 8.2

  1. Now we are providing ticket history export option in excel. We make it more robust for users by adding new fields such as notes, facebook comment link in excel file. More importantly user can export huge amount of history data without hampering their ongoing task. Is not it great enjoy! 

  2. It was painful to clear all filter data from Ticket history, we make life easy by reset all filter data just a button click.

  3. Anyone can pay their subscription fee automatically using our online payment options. 

  4. After login now user can navigate easily to their desired page from the home page .

  5. Want to display your company logo after login ? Within few seconds admin can update logo from administration section.  

  6. Company admin will get automated summary mail at the end of each week. Admin can add any user to this mail list if he wants.

  7. No need to go back and forth to check original comment against a post , just click the “Show Original Comment” it will load like a charm. 

  8. Campaign balance can be added easily from new campaign option. 

 

Issues fix in this release

  1. Stop user from campaign after balance crossed. It will pop up a message. 

  2. Fix ticket history sorting issue.

  3. Now user will see only his/her notification in the bell.

  4. Improve Feed FollowUp tab loading time.

  5. Display last conversation time instead of ticket time in userlist of Assign/ followUp/Done tab on Inbox.

  6. Improve Inbox ticket and Feed ticket count performance.

  7. Fix  First response time and resolve time in inbox ticket.

  8. Fix  Reassign issue from inbox.

  9. Fix template browser cache issue.

What’s New in Version 8.1

  1. From Now anyone can tag a Stream message from Feed and mark it as done.

  2. Till now it was not possible to hide ticket from Assign, Follow up and Done, So we add a new action button to hide any communication from  Assign, Follow up and Done

  3. Now user can see reply indicator green button in Assign, Follow up and Done tickets.

  4. Mistakenly create a ticket , user can easily delete this ticket form Assign from Feed.

  5. Reporting is so easy now, user can export all tickets history as excel in a single click from Ticket History.

  6. Feed is now showing FaceBook like impression when load messages in stream. 

Bug Fixes

  1. Fix ticket history grid look and fill and calendar control break down issue in Ticket History.

  2. Date time filter will now provide filter data till last minute.

  3. Comment reply indicator is now showing perfectly as green icon in feed stream messages.

  4. Fix wrong template loading issue when user switching from one page to another.

  5. Fix calendar control breaking issue in all places.
