Goal:  Our primary goal is to earn revenue from Bangladesh Market. Need more regular cash flow from ME acquisition.

Yearly Plan: In the year of 2022 we have to -

  • Segment Wise target setup (Segment: ME, Brand Lead based, Brand Service based)

  • 02 Lead Based Brand acquisition

  • 02 Service based Brand acquisition

  • 08 ME acquisition

  • Existing Follow up : all previous clients on daily, bi-  weekly, weekly and monthly basis according to the follow up chart.

  • Non Existing Follow up : 12 (monthly Follow up)

  • HR: 04 onboarding (BE) 



Quarterly Plan-  We have 04 quarters. Distributed in quarterly as-

  • Segment Wise target setup (Segment: ME, Brand Lead based, Brand Service based)

  • 01 Lead Based Brand/ Service based Brand

  • 03 ME  

  • Existing Follow up : all previous clients on daily, bi-  weekly, weekly and monthly basis according to the follow up chart

  • Non Existing Follow up: 06 (monthly Follow up)

  • HR: 01 onboarding (BE)


Monthly Plan- 

  • Minimum 02 ME acquisition

  • Minimum 60,000 per month incremental revenue target

Revenue Target Yearly (Approximate)- Upto 9,50,000 BDT per month.

Revenue Target 1st Quarter (Approximate)- increment 1,50,000 BDT per month.
