Management Decision for Business Team 14th August 2022

Management Meeting Summary: Dated on 14th August 

1. We will hire 2 trainees for the Business Team, who are tech savvy and business graduates. They will work on Pre Sales, Post Sales and Support Management, Documentation. Onboard from 1st September.

2. Hire Admin & Account from October

3. Followup and Communication Process: Weekly 1 time. Overphone 2 times.

4. Lead generation : Hadi bhai will provide 4 Brands every month. Business team will provide 6 Mid level brands.

5. New Strategy will be implemented  from September .

Strategy:

1. More customer acquisition at a low price. 

2. Fastest communication and  create 3 levels of rapport (Top, Mid and Low)

3. Result based Planning before every lead approaches. ( ICP test and Planning for approaches)

4. Visit for lead creation and primary approaches.

5. Hire FTE from trainees.

6. Weekly and Monthly follow up lead as well as existing customer rapport.

Resource Recruitment Process:

1. Recruit 2 Trainees from Social media circular.

2. Initial test through google doc and collect Resumes.

3. Over phone interview/ Online interview

4. Presentation submission

5. Final Interview
