Purpose of this module is end to end leads management from our system. Companies who have a separate lead management team they will use this module to manage each lead up-to sell product or fulfill their support.

Functional Spec:

Following functionality should be perform form our LMS module

  1. Operator can generate lead from FB messenger or FB feeds.

  2. Admin/Operator can add new lead directly into this module.

  3. Admin/Operator can import bulk leads into the system.

  4. Lead can be manage from our system via call, send sms, send fb messenger message or via email. Also outbound direct call facility will be added.

  5. Admin or operator can view all leads together can see/update their status also can export lead to excel.

  6. There should be a step by step procedure to manage a lead.

  7. Admin can access report based on lead management utilizing different filters.
